ZST Talos series cushion pad features

²  Thermal Characteristics

   Elasticity does not change after 1000hours of operation at 260℃

²  Chemical Characteristics

   Excellent chemical resistant. Material is resistent to hot oil, benzines, olefines etc. Acids do not attack the elastomer. Elastomer material resistent. A 24 hour oil test at 230℃ did not show any loss of elasticity.

²  Environmental Characteristics

   The elastomer does not oxydize. Not affected by ozone.

²  Fabric Characteristics

   The fabric construction reduces warp shrinkage to 0.8% or less. The elastomer allows the brass threads to imbed in the weft, which protects them against abrasion and extends the lifetime of the pads.
