1. Q:What is your loading port and lead time? 
    A:Shanghai is one of the biggest port in China,so we can load in Shanghai; If you have any other requirements, we also can load at the other ports, such as NingBo, ShenZhen, etc. Lead time is 45 days after receipt the payment.

2. Q: Can you provide free samples?
    A: Yes, the sample can be free of charge but the speed post charges will be borne by buyers.

3. Q: What is your terms of payments?
    A: 30% T/T payment before mass production and 70% T/T after receipt of copy of B/L.

4. Q: Do you have a MOQ?
    A:Usually MOQ is 1000pcs, but different products have different MOQ.

5. Q: How about the sales packing of your products?
    A: It depends on different products, the regular packing including blister on card,double blister, plastic hanger, poly bag with header, color box and so on.
