UPW-R series laboratory water purification system
Features:
1. Built-in pretreatment column
Contains activated carbon filter, could effectively remove free active chlorine from source water;
Contains PP cotton filter, could effectively remove impurities such as solid particles and protect the RO membrane from blocked;
Built-in pretreatment column, save spaces, it is more convenient to use.
2. High performance of reverse osmosis membrane
To meet different needs, there is a variety of membrane forms can be selected, such as single membrane, double membrane, two-stage reverse osmosis membrane etc, ;
Using high-performance Dow reverse osmosis membrane, which can effectively remove inorganic ions, bacteria, and solid particles, long service life.
3. Purification column / Ultrapure column
Double column design, large volume of resin filling, long service life;
Purification column adopts high quality precision resin, high exchange efficiency and stable water quality.
Ultrapure column adopts nuclear grade polishing resin, higher exchange efficiency, preparation of 18.2 M Ω. cm ultrapure water.
4. High power single/double wave UV lamp
Single wave UV lamp (254 nm), kills bacteria and other microorganisms, improving the water quality while preventing microbes breeding.
Double wave UV lamp (185 nm and 254 nm), kills bacteria and other microorganisms while effectively degrading organic matter and reducing the TOC content.
5. Conductivity sensor
Equipped with three sets of conductivity sensors, containing one set of special conductivity sensor (with temperature compensation function and the electrode constant is 0.01) for pure water system, comprehensive monitoring the operation of the pure water system and water quality change.
6. Built-in pressure tank
Reduce the laboratory space usage while improving the system efficiency of water purification system .
7. Front filter
0.22 um membrane filter, remove remaining trace impurities in source water and removal process, further improve water quality.
8. Leakage protection
With leakage detection sensor, under emergency situations, it can automatic alarm and adjust the instrument into standby mode.

Normally we accept TT, Paypal, Western Union, Trade assurance, and L/C. The exactly payment term will be discussed during the deal.
3. How will you delivery goods?
It will be decided according to your quantity. Normally we will choose International Express, Air and sea.
Of course, your own shipping agent can be accepted.
4.What is the delivery time?
Normally, we have stocks for hot sale products, the delivery time is about 3~5 days. For normal instrument, the delivery time is about 7-10 days according to your quantity. For the customized instrument, it’s about 10~20 days.
5.What’s the warranty period? How do you provide this?
From the date of acceptance, we can provide 12 months quality guarantee. If there is any problem, we will provide you online solution within 12 hours. Free maintenance and spare perts can be provided within the quality guarantee time. If it was man-made damages caused by improper operations, proper costs need to be charged for spare parts.
If it was the instrument quality problem and cannot be repaired, we’ll ship you a new one. After the date of quality guarantee, we can be in charge of maintain, but proper costs will be charged according to the actual maintenance.
