Radiata Pine(Insignis Pine, Monterey Pine), from New Zealand, Chile and Argentina, Radiata pine wood is even-textured and easy to slice, peel, mould, turn, sand, plane, glue, stain and paint. When planed to a smooth finish, the wood is creamy-colored, with stripes created by the contrast between wood grown early in the annual growth season (softer and paler) and that grown later (harder and darker). The wood darkens over time with exposure to light.

Working Process
Sawn Boards
We buy the Scots Pine Sawn Boards from the Russia, Mongolia and East-North China.
Edging and Sawing for width
Removed irregular edges and sawed into uniform timbers by the mult-saw for fixing the width.
Stickering
The timbers will be stacked with spacers that allow air to circulate within the stack.
Sawing and Selecting
Sawed the dry timbers for selecting the qualified blocks and removing the unqualified pieces with knots and cracks.
Fingers Making
Fingers will be made at the end of the qualified blocks.
Connecting and Gluing
Fingers-Made Blocks will be glued and connected together into finger joint timbers for the next.
Sawing for the Thickness
Sawed the finger Joint timbers with the aimed thickness by the mult-saw again.
Edge Gluing and Pressing
Gluing the edges of the timbers and pressing for making into the edge glued boards with the aimed width and Length.
Sanding
Smoothed the edge glued boards' surfaces and ensures that each boards has a uniform thickness.

Packing & Delivery
Careful Packaging
Specialized Sealing Films are sealed on the six surfaces of the boards package. Thicker Corrugated Papers are packaged Six-Sides for protecting all of the faces and angles. Three/Five-Lays Plywood Boards are packed Six-Sides for resistance from outside. Toughness Packing Belts are strapping strongly on the outside of the Package. Stronger Wood Pallets at the bottom for making the Unloading easier for shipment receiving.
Fast Delivery
3 km distance of the national road from our Factory to the High-Way Entry. 30 container trailers or more we can arrange for the delivery. 500 km distance of the national high-way road from our factory to the Qingdao Port. 5 hours or less transport time, the cargo can be delivered to the Port for the shipment.
