Q:Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a factory that was founded in 1986. Originally, we started as a general packaging company, and now we have grown into a specialist in flexible packaging.
Q:What's the minimum order quantity of your product?
A: It is subject to the size of the packaging. Generally speaking, MOQ for roll film is 300kg; MOQ for bags is 10,000pcs. We also take sample trial orders for small MOQs, please contact us to discuss.
Q:What information is needed to get a quote for a product?
A:Product material/bag structure, thickness, sizes, artwork/design, bag style, quantity, and any other special requirements should be provided with as much detail as possible for a more accurate quotation.
Q:What's the delivery time?
A:Generally, the lead time is 18-20 days for new orders and 15-18 days for repeat orders from the confirmation date.
Q:What's the delivery method?
A:We can arrange for the product to be shipped by air, by sea, by courier, etc by customer request.
Q:What's your product range?
