Gypsum powder furnishing system:
This system adopt the calibrated feeder, making the gypsum powder supplying is quite accurate, So it provides a great convenience for the mixing operation of the gypsum powder
Paper supplying system
This system have a unique way to pick up the paper,add the high precision rectify deviation machine which have a great help for the trimming of the board later
Water supplying system
The accurate measurement of screw pump to water supplying , which provides great convenience for operation
Foaming system
This system chose barostat to supply the air, using screw pump which can making the foam into the slurry equably. So that we can adjust the weight of the board easily
2.Forming system
- This part is mainly the forming of wet gypsum board
- Can be adjusted manually
3.Conveying system
This part is composed of two sets solidification belt machine and one conveying roller machine.
The three machines need to run synchronically.
4.Cutting system
- Whole cut control algorithm is achieved by the separate PLC.
5.Transferring system
- This part mainly function is gypsum board acceleration conveying,overturning,transit conveying and lifting.
6.Dryer system
- Low heat consumption, heat preservation is good
7. Finished products converying system
- This part mainly includes fast outlet,sizing and stacking which are all equipped double.
8.Fast outlet system
- Can achieve the equipment failure without stopping
9.Sizing system
- This part consists of transverse machine,storage roller,board colse folder and sizing device.
10.Stacking system
- This part consists of two sealing machines,stackers.
11.Control center system
- Host part adopts RS VIEW as the monitoring software table to monitor the whole production process.
- The general monitoring system displays the production process in front of operators and managers.
