Kamado History
Kamado grills have been around for hundreds of years predominantly throughout Japan and China, which consisted of a clay pot with a removable domed lid, a damper, and draft door became quite popular. It was originally called a Mushikamado', though its name was eventually shortened to “Kamado”, which in Japanese literally means 'cooking range' or 'stove'. Kamado grills, more so than many other types of cooking appliances, are deeply rooted in history–which is a testament to their enduring usefulness and durability. You have total control over temperature at your fingertips, maintaining accuracy within a few degrees! The high quality temperature gauge provides precise readings to 750℉/400℃. Many indoor ovens cannot match the accuracy of the EGG's temperature control!
*SAFER TO USE The kamado keeps the heat inside so the ceramic surface doesn't get as hot as a metal grill, and the heat source is protected within a ceramic firebos inside the base.

How to use ceramic bbq grill?
1. Prepare appropriate amount of charcoal and a fire starter, then lighting the charcoal(the charcoal will be lighted within ten minutes);
2. Put your cooking grid on the top of the fire ring, keep the top and bottom vent are open to make sure the ceramic bbq grill are well ventilated;
3.About ten minutes later, put your food on the cooking grid, take care of the inside temperature of the grill, make some adjustment according to the thermometer;
4. Few minutes later, the food will be well cooked.
