   The gear ring is mainly made from 40 cr steel or stainless steel etc. We can do all kinds of gear ring according to your request. Every kinds of gear ring should be lathed, milled, grinded, drilled to ensure the best quality of gear ring with holes.

Repairments:

If the both sides of gear ring wear seriously, replace it with a new one;

If the gear ring is badly worn and the engine is not running smoothly, it is caused by the loss of balance of the gear ring, and the balance should be corrected;

When changing a gear ring, the heating temperature should not exceed 400 ℃, otherwise the gear ring will lose hardness , and it will be not durable;

Production capacity:

Our factory can manufacture varies diameter of flang/ gear ring according to drawing or samples in order to meet different needs of customer. The maximum dimension we can provide may reach 12 meters.
