This Fully automatic warping and sizing combination machine is mainly used for cotton sample production. It is better for new design trial warping and sizing weaving beam. It is easy to change the design and variety.

                            shore 72degree.

                            Soaking roller: chroming

(4)How to pressure          Front and rear squeezing rollers adopt

     squeezing roller and       pneumatic pressurizing synchronized by

     index pressure            both sides.

                            Size pressure of front squeezing roller:

                            0-10KN, minimum and maximum size

                            pressure can be set step-less in advance.

                            High pressure is economic for size, also

                            will use less steam.

                          Size pressure of rear squeezing roller:0-5KN,

                            can be set step-less.

(5)How to control          Size pressure is adjusted step-less according

     size pressure            to working speed automatically(linear

                           pressure).

 

(6)Sizing trough structure   Bottom and sides are double-wall for hollow

                           structure. There are heating pipe in sizing

                           trough. Size inlet is by hand.

                          Supporting frame is made by channel,

                           instrument panel is made by stainless steel,

                           cover is Q235.

(7)Drive                Guide yarn roller and size roller are driven by

                           continuously variable transmission.

(8)How to heat            Heat size can be made by steam, cool size

     or cool sizing           should be made by your own.

(9)Guide yarn device      It’s a three-roller type device which includes

                           two guide yarn rollers and one guide roller.

                           Guide yarn roller is driven positive.

(10)Adjust tension        Tension of wet area between size trough and

                          dryer is adjusted by continuously variable

                          Transmission.

6.Dryer

(1)How to dry          It adopts parallel combination structure, usually

                         6 dryers.

                        Dryer drum is made by φ800mm flat end

                        stainless steel. Pre dryer drum surface is coated

                        by anti-sticking layer made by teflon.

(2)How to drive dryer    Dryer adopts chain and with teeth and without

                        teeth sprocket positive driving, driven by side

                        roller.

(3)Control tension      Tension guide roller glides up and down angle

                        transducer to get tension synchronized of front

                        and rear machine.

(4)Wax device         Wax device is composed by wax roller which is

                        controlled by driving gear box, wax trough and

                        melting wax barrel.

(5)Electrical equipment  Controlled by inverter, and all the electrical

                        equipment adopt reliable parts according

                        international standard IEC.
