Question:What's your delivery time? Answer: Usually 30-90 days upon receipt of 30% deposit or L/C at sight, differ according to busy season or spare season.
Question: What kinds of awning do you manufacture? Answer: We have full arrange awning such as full cassette retractable awning, half cassette awning, awning without cassette, window awning &blinds, balcony awnings, Customized items and OEM orders are all welcomed.
Question:Do you offer components? Answer: Yes, we not only supply finished products, but also components according to clients' request.
Question: What's your payment term? Answer: Normally T/T, L/C.
Question: Can you offer free samples? Answer: According to our practice, we don't supply free samples to new clients, anyway, once you place orders, cost of samples would be discounted from your invoice, finally it's free indeed. For old clients, free samples available anytime.
Question: What's your product warranty? Answer: For most items, we offer 2 years warranty on structure, 1 years warranty on electronics and fabric, for some item, longer warranty available.

Answer: Yes, provide that the awning has a minimum 15 slope or greater, otherwise lead to water pooling on top of the fabric, causing fabric to stretch.
