Principle:

In accordance with ASTM C20/C134/C373/C329, GB/T 2413, 1966, 2834, EN-725, and by adopting the buoyancy method of Archimedean principle, the boiling water method, wax-sealing method and vacuum saturation method can be chosen to use, it can show the measuring result accurately and fast.

1. Digital display and direct reading, without manual calculation, directly display density and volume, wet density,water absorption,effective porosity volume,oil content etc.

Functions:

1.For porous water-absorption ceramic products, volume density (medium method). Apparent density, wet density, apparent porosity, water absorption and open pore volume, closed pore volume , total porosity can be directly read .

2.For porous water-absorption ceramic products, volume density can be directly read (sealing wax method).

3.For Non - porous non - absorbent ceramic products, density can directly read.

4.For the powder samples, special pycnometer configuration, powder density can be directly read

Step 1:

Place sample on test board to measure weight in air,and then press MEMORY button to memory.

Step 2:

Place the sample into water to measure weight in water,and then press MEMORY button to memory. Density value is displayed.

2、Volume value(unit:cm³)

Porous ceramics Messuring Procedure:

Step 1:

Place sample on testing board to measure weight in air.press MEMORY key to memory.

After did containing saturated processing,place sample on testing to measure weight.press MEMORY key to memory.(Vacuum processing)

Place sample into water to measure weight in water.press MEMORY key.porosity will be displayed

Product in stock will be sent within 48 hours. Delivery time is about 5-7 days.
