Principle:

According to ASTM D792,GB/T1033,GB/T2951,JIS K6268,ISO 2781,ISO 1183,GB/T208,GB/T5163,GB/T 1933 standards etc.

It is suitable for measurement by boiling saturation method, vacuum saturation method and sealing wax method. Adopt principle of agimade buoyancy method, read the values directly.

Functions:

MZ-W300/W600/W1200 function description:

1. Boiling method and vacuum saturation method can test basic density. Directly read the volume density, apparent density, wet density, apparent porosity and water absorption rate.

2. The volume density can be read directly by waxing sealing method in the air dry density test of wood

3. For non-water-absorbing wood products, the apparent density of the products can be read directly.

4. Adopt the design of large tank to reduce the error caused by the buoyancy of the hanging column line

5. Select special pycnometer to read the volume density of wood cell.

MZ-W120 function description:

1. Boiling method and vacuum saturation method can test basic density. Directly read the volume density, apparent density, wet density, apparent porosity and water absorption rate, opening volume, sealing volume, total porosity.

Note: Other four functions are same as above.

Products Additional Function:

1. All measurement results have error correction function. (density, volume, porosity, water absorption rate) One-key compensate error value.

2. The display precision of measurement results can be adjusted depend on customers requirements.

3. One-key to print the measurement report in the specified format and make the report according to customer's report format.

4. Record at least 100 sets of measurement results and export EXCEL/PDF data reports anytime and anywhere.

3.How many days can you receive the products?

Product in stock will be sent within 48 hours. Delivery time is about 5-7 days.


4.How to shipping the product?

Product will be sent by International Express by air. Such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, SF.


5.What is our return policy?

You are allowed to return goods within 7 days from the date of receipt. To return products,please contact our customer service with your invoice number, the item to be returned and the reason for the return. Goods must be returned freight prepaid. Returns will be subject to a restocking charge. Products can not be returned back when the products have been used or modified.
