1. Do you have the items in stock?What's your finishing time? Most of our products are in stock. We can send the goods out within 3 days after payment received If you need those what we don't have in stock, we will produce it for you according to what you need, the finishing time is usually around 7-15 days.
2. What's your payment way? For the samples, the payment need 100% paid in advance, for the order, the payment should be 50% pay in advance, the balance paid before shipping. we can accept Paypal, western union, bank transfer etc. When you make bigger order, we mainly accept western union and bank transfer.
3. How we can know your quality is good? Can we test the sample first before make order? We can offer you the sample to test before you make order, if there's problems when you test our product, we will deal with the problems for you until you are satisfied.
