Q1. Warranty for our dental Products?
A: 1 year, for most of our products
with quality related problems within 1 year, except caused by man-made, can be repaired as we instructed, and relevant accessories will be provided for free.
In the future, we also provide technical consulting for all its life. But the accessories will be for extra charge.
Pls feel assured that our dental unit with high quality, very stable, if you use it normally and correctly.
Q2. The main market for our dental products?
A: European countries (UK, Germany, Denmark, Turkey, Netherlands, Hungary, Norway, Spain, Portugal and etc.)
US, Japan, The Philippines
Q3, Accept OEM or not : A: Yes we accept OEM orders and offer logo,users manual,machine nameplate design etc together.Skylun has many years OEM working experience for many big brands from more than 50 countries and areas already.
Q4, Punctual delivery time:
A: Skylun put your order into our tight production schedule, ensure your punctual delivery time.Production/inspection report before your order packed.Shipping notice/insurance to you as soon as your order is shipped.
Q5. Do you test all your goods before delivery? A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
Q6. What is your sample policy? A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
Q7. What is your terms of payment? A: We accept T/T,Westren Union or Paypal before production
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
