Product Application

PHD machine is a High-speed Drilling & Milling machine for Tube-sheet up to diameter 3000mm thickness by 400mm. This machine is mainly used for processing holes on tube sheet, flange, heat-exchanger and other steel plate, also it can do light milling for the groove on the plates. The positioning, feeding of three spindles are all driven by servo motors. It adopts Taiwan Precision Spindle, controlled by SIEMENS 828D CNC Control system, and Gantry movable type, the gantry and worktable are independent, high efficiency, and high precision. Both of external cooling twist drills and internal cooling carbide drills can be adopted on this machine. CNC control, very easy to operate, the automation, high precision, economic of scoop and mid/small production can be realized.

Name: Drilling Spindle

Features: 

Drilling box is rigid precise spindle, BT50 inner cooling from Taiwan, attaches blowing device in spindle taper hole, able to adopt carbide drill with inner cooling head, high precision. Equips with hydraulic tool cylinder from Taiwan, using hydraulic spring to do auto tool loosing, tool pulling, also set tool tightening monitoring device, and co-locking protecting device. Very easy to load/unload tools. Spindle is driven by high-power motor especially designed for spindle.

The Spindle can make milling for the grooves with a milling tool up toΦ30mm, can do milling up to thickness 5-8mm one time.

The worktable has several T-slot, and can be placed the workpiece on it, through the T-slot clamping the workpiece.
The machine body & Gantry is welded by iron, and reinforces the iron where stresses much, it treated by artificial aging after finishing welding, all of these can ensure the stability of the machine body, so the precision of the whole machine is secured.

Equips with plate chain type chip conveyor, chip and coolant are collected into conveyor, and transport to cart, very easy to operate; coolant can be recycle used. Also equips with inner cooling and external cooling, there is liquid level checking device in the cooling box.
