Machine Mainly features:
- The machine tool adopts the wheel holder to fix and the guide wheel frame to move.
- The grinding wheel spindle adopts multi-plate long-shaft dynamic pressure oil film bearings, and the guide wheel main shaft adopts the integral 1:30 cone-shaped sliding bearing, grinding wheel, and guide wheel are all cantilever structures..
- Guide wheel feed guide adopts flat V-type hydraulic unloading guide.
- The speed control of the guide wheel adopts AC frequency conversion as stepless speed regulation.
The main purpose and scope of application:
Mainly used for grinding grinding of the outer surface of cylindrical and annular parts. For semi-automatic or automatic cut-in grinding of cones with a taper of less than 1:20 and various molded rotors.
