A1: Our company stipulated that the sample is free, but the freight charge should be paid by clients before they place an order. |
| Q2: What is the payment term? |
| A2: Normally 30% T/T in advance, the balance should be paid before delivery. If the total amount less than 5000usd, it should be 100% T/T in advance. |
| Q3:If I concern about if the goods are what I want or if the mass products are okay? |
A3: First we can send you approval sample before we make the order, after you confirmed, we start to produce. If you can't come to inspect the mass products, we can send you shipment samplse for your confirmation. |
| Q4: What is the MOQ? |
A4: Normally our MOQ is 5000pcs/item. For an order, the minimum value of the goods should be more than 5000usd. |
