1750 degree ceramic electric sintering furnace is our main product-Muffle furnace.The Muffle furnace consists of high quality alumina fiber and MoSi2 heating elements with special design,and furnace temperature controlled by high precision SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) digital controller with accuracy ±1 degree and 50 segments programmable.

The furnace widely used for materials annealing,ceramic sintering ,melting and most heat treatment experiments in your research laboratory.

1750.C sintering Muffle furnace Application Notes:

(1)The MoSi2 heating element must not be used at low temperatures (400°C-700°C) for a long time, otherwise the heating element may be damaged.
(2)This box furnace does not use a vacuum seal structure, so do no Use flammable or explosive gas.
(4)After Using a certain period of Muffle furnace, there will be minor cracks in the hearth. This is a normal phenomenon and will not affect the use. At the same time, it can be repaired with an alumina coating.
