1. polycarbonate sheet bending: not horizontal, it should be bent smoothly, and the bending part can not be fixed by screws
2. At the joint of the plate, the thermal expansion gap must be reserved, and the thermal expansion coefficient is 0.065mm/m °C to ensure that the polycarbonate sheet can be freely stretched.
3. The sealant needs to use neutral silicon copper glue. Remember not to use alkaline or acidic sealant to prevent corrosion of the board.
4.Use leak-proof fasteners or beading.
5. The side with the word protective film faces the sun. Because it is coated with UV, it can function as a UV-resistant one.
6. Seal the section of the polycarbonate sheet with waterproof and breathable tape to prevent moisture and dust from entering the board.
