1.Q:Can we get your free samples? A:Yes,you can.But the freight for express is borne by buyer.
2.Q:Can we do printing or label printing on the bottles? A:Yes,you can.We could offer various printing methods:label printing,screen print,hot stamping,frost,etc.And as to printing color:Color can be made according to PANTONE color number .
3.Q:Is it ok i3 I want my own design? A:Yes, we can design based on your requirement.We also can open new mould for your sample and mass production.
4.Q:What is the normal lead time? A:Normally the delivery time is about 30-45days. If we have stock, can ship within 7days once confirm order.
5.Q:How do you control the quality? A:We do leak test for 3times before packing.
6.Q:If any defective bottle,how can you settle it for us? A:We will 1:1replacement for the defective bottle which cause by ourside.
7.Q:What is your payment term? A:Our normal payment term is T/T, 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of B/L.
