Yes, you just need to provide photos or files (jpg, psd, pdf, ai, cdr etc. is acceptable), we’ll make relative artwork for approval.

* For customized order, MOQ is 100, but again, the more you order the better price you can get.

Can I get samples before I decide to order more?

* Sure, you just need to pay shipping fee for samples available in stock.

* If you want samples with your own design, a reasonable sample fee will be charged, but it could be deductable when you place offical order, shipping fee is not refundable.

What’s the lead time for making sample and mass production?

Sample takes about 7-15 days, mass production takes about 7-10 days after sample approved, special material (if need to be customized) might take a little bit longer.

What's the shipping method?

Normally we use international express such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc. We may send to your shipping agent for delivery if you have agent in China.
