Bageer Bag's Order Procedures.

1, R&D department offers the samples according the buyer's request.
2, The buyers place an order after the sample approval.
3, The material samples for mass prodcut will be checked by Sanfeng Bag's Purchase Department according to the buyer's request.
4, The Sales Department will send producing schedule to all the related departments.
5, The Purchase Department will book all the materials according to the confirmed color swatches and final approved information.
6, IQC Department will be required to do the first inspection about the income material. 
7, After the first inspection, the qualified materials will be accepted to the warehouse. Others will be rejected or ask for a special permit from the buyers.All the producing departments will get the qualified materials according to final approval.
8, A Pre-Production sample will be made to check all the details by buyers and Sales Department will report the comments to QA Department.
9, Pre-Production meeting will be convened by QA Department to make sure all the producing procedures and skills.
10, Fabric will be cut according to PP meeting and buyers comments.
11, The cut fabric will be inspected by IPQC team. Qualified pannels will be sent to the sewing department.
12, All the qualified accessories will be sent to the related departments. Mass product will not start until the first prodct being final confirmed.
13, IPQC happens when mass producing, unqualified parts will be re-worked.
14, Confirm the first product and ensure the finished product full checking. Reject the unqualified products for re-work or disposal.
15, Confirm the first paking including the packing details, the colors, labels,hangtags and shipping marks ect.
16, Outgoing quality control happens after the paking. OQC is made according the AQL standard.
17, Qualified products will be put in the product warehouse until shipment.
18, A summary meeting will be covened to discuss all the details and mistakes happened during producing to make sure no repeated mistakes.
