Double-axis cnc machine

Horizontal 2-direction double power head servo processing special machine.

Horizontal 2-direction double power head servo sliding tabledrilling/boring/turning plane/tapping prcess special machine.

When it is clamping once,left and right function power head will perform turning plane,turning inner hole and threading process synchronously in single direction. In the middle product can be  reversing clamping and joint  automatically,and then processing the other direction product’s progress.According to the requirements of customer product drawing the blank parts will be processing one time finished in tow directios. It solves the problem that the product can not be processed synchronously with the clamping surface of the product, and the products are processed with high concentricity and lean production.

The bed structure adopts HT300 integral casting.According to the process, three times of aging treatment.Minimize internal stress and ensure no variation.All the holes and datum of the power head to be installed shall be processed in one time by CNC 5-surface machining center to ensure the fitting accuracy.
