Uv Automatic Reciprocating Spraying Machine
Suitable for panel furniture, solid wood door, cabinet door, artwork, decorative board, fiber cement board/calcium silicate board,glass magnesium board etc. PU,NC,UV,water based paint and fluorocarbon paint etc can be used for constantly spraying with good quality and high productivity. Laser curtain scanner ensure the spraying area cover on work pieces and reduce over spray. Ideal solution for any GLOSS/MATT FINISH.

A. Omron photoelectric detection system can accurately control the time of switch gun exactlly.

1. The pneumatic rotary double-positioning feeding and automatic turnover mechanism enables the machine to paint the door's six sides once time which saves working procedures, improve efficiency and ensure the painting effect.
2. The output can reach 150-250 wood doors one day (8 hours per day). Only 2 workers are needed when working.
3. PLC controller, which makes the spray guns move accurately. Coating effect is smooth and even.
4. It comes with air pressure system and exhaust system, there is no need to prepare a separate painting room for the machine.
