AKB-23 series light weight insulating brick, bulk density of 0.5-1.0g/cm³, using temperature 1250℃ to 1300℃.

AKB series light weight heat insulating brick is made of high quality, high purity raw materials, according to rank with strict classification of filler, forming a uniform pore structure, brick on each side of the machined to the required dimension. Product features

Low thermal conductivity; Excellent thermal insulation effect.

Low heat capacity; due to low heat rate, AKB series insulating brick accumulation little heat, in intermittent operation and obvious effect of energy saving.

Low impurity content: having a very low alkali metal ans iron oxide content, therefore high refractoriness, high aluminum content in the reducing atmosphere still maintain good performance. Hot compressive strength.

Dimensions: accelerate building speed, accurate reduction refractory slurry usage, to ensure the masonry strength and stability, thereby prolonging lining life.

 

Product Applications:

Can be used as heat surface refractory lining or other refractory insulation backing layer, used in petroleum, chemical industry, ethylene cracking furnace tube type heating furnace, furnace, ammonia synthesis  gas furnace, high temperature shuttle kiln and other industrial furnace refractory lining insulation materials.
