Warranty 5 years During the warranty period , if the led street lights have any quality problems , we will surely slove the problems in the following way : a. If the driver or chip is faulty , we will send new drivers or chips for free replacement . b. If the lamp itself has problem , if convenient for customer to repair , we will send detailed instructions with pictures step by step , and if necessary send materials for free replacment, and help customer finally repair the lamp. c. If the lamp itself has problem but difficult for customer to repair , we will send new lamp for free replacement. d. If we found the faulty lamps quantity is more than normal level, we will assign engineers to go to buyer's company to check and repair all of the faulty lamps .
