Q1: When can I get the price quotation?
A:We usually provide the quotation within 24 hours after we got your inquiry. If you wish to get it urgently, please give us a phone call or mention it in your email so that we will process your inquiry in first priority.

Q2:How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A:After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
The sample is chargeable and for which the amount will be adjusted when you place an order. And also the freight cost will be bear by the consignee as well.

Q3: How long can I expect to get the sample?
A:After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery within 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive within 3-5 business days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have one.

Q4:What about the lead time for mass production?
A:Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally speaking, production lead time is within 2~4 weeks.

Q5:What are your terms of delivery?
A:We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU etc. You can choose one of them which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

Q6: Terms of payment?
A:We accept payment as the following: 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before delivery. Or L/C 100% TT in advance.
