These mouth guards are simple to customize to your mouth’s unique shape. 

a. Prepare a cup of 70-75 degree centigrade hot water and two cups of cold water;
b. Wash and clean the mouth guard in one cup of cold water;
c. Put the mouthguard in the mouth to try the size, cut the extra part with a scissor if it does not fit;
d. Soak the mouth guard in the hot water for about 10-15 seconds to soften it;
e. Put the tray in your mouth and close your jaw for a custom fit;
f. Remove and place it in another cup of cold water for a minute;
g. Now it’s time to use it;
h. If it doesn’t retain an ideal shape, repeat the above steps to remold one as you wish.

*This instruction is only for EVA mouth guards, our silicone mouth guards are soft and elastic, which does not require boiling.

We will print FNSKU barcode sticker for each item and FBA labels for master carton free of charge for you. 

All other types of barcodes and labels on product and cartons are totally free.

2. Shipping

We have been shipping to Amazon FBA warehouse and business/private address under DDP door delivery term.

I. For samples or trial test order, by express, 4-7 days to reach your address.
II. For official mass production order, by air (10-15 days), by sea(30-45 days).

Shipping Time: LCL order: 15-25 days， FCL order: 30-40days

Shipping term: DDP FOB, CFR, CIF and other terms under Incoterms 2010. 

Shipping port: Qingdao, Shenzhen, Ningbo, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Hongkong

All samples are new made no matter it is with a private logo or not.

Sample Fee: 1pc free sample will be provided if you can cover the shipping fee. Please advise your detailed address with postal code so we can confirm the shipping fee. 
Sample Time: 3 days without logo, 7-10 days with logo.
Logo location: Product, Plastic Storage Box, Color Printed Box, Blister Card.
Logo charges: 50USD for logo on the storage box. 100USD for a printing mold of the color printed box. It is a one-time cost, you will not be charged again for mass production.
