Product Details

Stabilizers are drilling tools to stabilize the down-hole equipments and prevent deviation. According to the structure, they can be divided into three basic types: integral spiral/ straight blade drill stabilizer, non-rotating stabilizer and replaceable sleeve stabilizer. The sizes we manufacture range up to 36'' with AISI 4145H, AISI 4145H Mod, AISI 4340, AISI 4140-4142 and Non-magnetic material.

Integral blade Stabilizer is a one-piece tool made by AISI 4145H alloy steel and fully heat-treated to 285-341 Brinel Hardness number, and 54 Joules of minimum impact value. Three spiral blades have been designed to minimize the downhole torque, to reduce damage of the hole wall, and ensure the maximum fluid circulation.

Hardfacing type: HF1000, HF2000, HF3000, HF4000
