(foam rubber factory) has planned to set up two continuous foam rubber production lines and three bar-mat production lines to specialize in the production of smellless and environmentally natural foam rubber rolls or sheets (also known as: smellless environmentally-friendly rubber, new triangular texture foam rubber, small triangular texture foam rubber, consecutive natural foam rubber) and rubber bar mats (bar counter mats).
Our width of foam rubber sheet ranges from 60cm to 170cm, while the thickness ranges from 0.7mm to 20mm. Our company is capable of manufacturing the widest, the most practical and lowest-cost foam rubber sheet in China. In order to facilitate our customers, our company has added all sorts of machining equipment to produce various materials used for anti-slip mats. The materials that our company produces for anti-slip mats include: natural foam rubber rolling materials, natural rubber foam sheets, rubber sponges, T texture SBR sheets/rolls, RE sponges, EVA sheets and EVA foam sheets. Customers can choose materials based on their requirements. Our company has additionally set up another three production lines for products which include: mouse pads, bar counter pads (bar pads), game pads, cup pads, meal pads, gambling- desk pads, foam rubber yoga mats and other related products!
Instructions of natural foam rubber as following:
(1). Natural foam rubber sheet: black, nontoxic and smellless, they are of good quality audited by SGS and RoHS, small triangular texture, any other colors are available by your requirement.
(2). Thickness: 0.7mm to 20mm
(3). Width: 60cm to 170cm
(4). Cloth surface: any cloth material can be stuck tightly on it, (colors and materials are by your demands)
(5). White cloth surface: mainly used for heat-transfer-printing your logos or artworks on it with good appearance.
(6). PVC or PP surface mouse pads, can also choose rubber material, but the thickness must be 2mm above.
(7). The rubber foam sheet are mainly used for producing mouse pads, bar mats, beer mats, anti-slip mats, shockproof mats and related products.
(8). Main customers: mouse pad manufacturer, bar mat manufacturer, anti-slip mat factory, gift manufacturer, sublimation factory, printing factory.
