Main Application

WLDH series ribbon mixer is widely used for the mixing of viscous or adhesive powder material, or the mixing of powder which needs to add liquid, or paste material in pharmaceutical, foodstuff, chemical, pesticide, plastic, dyestuff industries, etc.

Working Principle

The machine consists of U-shape container, main shaft, transmission parts and agitating ribbon blades which usually have double or triple layers ,the outside screw gathers the material from sides to center and the inside screw transports the material from center to sides to form convection mixing. It has a good effect to the mixing of viscous or adhesive powder material. The cylinder cover can be fully open so as to clean the machine and change the raw material.
