 Q1. Sample order available or not?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2. How about the lead time?

A:Sample 3-15 days, Bulk order depends on your order quantity, generally speaking .20-45 days after your order confirmation

Q3.How about the shipment?

A:For sample order, usually shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT door to door service. Bulk order by sea for cost control

Q4. How to proceed an order for sport net?

A: Step 1: we communicate with you to get your exact requirements or application.then we  work out together with a solution for      your case.
  Step 2: We quote accordingly and prepare for sample making
  Step 3:customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.

A: Yes,Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q6: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer 1 year warranty to our products.

Q7: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 1%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new parts with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.

  1. Stock&customized orders are welcome , lead time is 5-7 working days for current products , 25-35 working days for custom-made products.
2. We can accept OEM&ODM , depend on customer`s requirement.
