A:We are a professional rubber & plastic manufacturer in Guangzhou,China,which is near guangzhou Baiyun airport, welcome to visit us.
2.Q: What certificates do you have for your company and products?
A:Our company passed ISO9001-2015 quality manage system, our products have the certificates like ROHS,REACH,FDA,WRAS,DVGW,NSF ,etc.
3.Q:Do you manufacture custom plastic and rubber parts?
A:Yes,of course!We make some standard parts, like o-rings and screws. But most of our products are customed , we also provide R&D OEM,ODM service.
4.Q:What is the lowest and highest working temperature for your material?
A:For rubber: -50 degree to 327 degree (FFKM Kalrez can resist temperature reach to 327 degree)
For plastic: -50 degree to 350 degree. (Special engineering plastic PBI can resis temperature reach to 350 degree)
5.Q:What is the lead time for making a new mold ? What is your lead time for mass production?
A:Commonly for rubber mold within 30 days, and plastic injection mold for 35 days.
Mass production is about 15~20 days.
6.Q:Do you have famous clients in USA or Europe? Do you have export license?
A: We have export license, and we do export business for more than 15years, our products sell to all over the world, including USA and Europe, our famous clients like Ford,Moen,Danfoss,Coca-cola,etc.
