Samples 2-10 days, order 7-45days. Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order? Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship godds by air, by air or by international Express. It is up to customer's requirement. Q5. How to proceed an order for led light? After we receive customer's requirement, we will send quotation; If quotation is approved, sample will be prepared; After sample is confirmed, customer pay deposit to start order. Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product? A: Yes. Pls send us drawing so that we can print it accordingly. Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products? A: Yes, we offer 2-7 years warranty for our products. Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
We are responsible for any faulty caused by us, but pls rest assure of our quality, we have strict quality control system on production, the defective rate is low. On the other hand, we will repair or replace the defect goods caused by us during warranty time.
