Q2: Do you have the designer to help with the drawing ?
A2: Yes . We have the designer to redraw your artwork based on high resolution JPG file of your logo for the production .
Q3: Do you provide free samples ?
A3: You can buy WOSAWE brand goods to you check the quality first. We can discount the sample price with certain quantity order made.
Q4: Do you produce the customized sample to confirm the order ?
A4: Yes . We will produce 1pc customized sample according to your artwork and size chart for your checking before the production.
Q5: What about leadtime for the customized sample?
A5 : It is about 7-10 days after all information confirmed.
