Machine Specification:
1. The machine basement is made of high-quality castings. It is specially processed by the five-side gantry machining center,ensure it's stable performance, good rigidity and good precision.
2. Spindle adopts special materials, special processing, precision machining,dynamic balance processing, precision assembly and operation testing, work smooth and accurate.
3. The working table adopts special high-strength alloy steel materials, which are specially treated, precision machined and hard chrome plated. Good wear resistance and long service life.
4. The feed system adds active rollers for the active working table, that is, the front three sets of lower active rollers and the six sets of upper feed rollers. Now it has strong feeding, it has the advantages of smooth feeding and good processing quality.
5. Double inversion and anti-rebound safety devices are installed at the inlet of the machine to ensure the safety of workers.
6. Feeding mechanism adopts universal coupling transmission and frequency converter matching to achieve variable frequency speed feeding, speed up to 6-36m/min, convenient and quick to operate.
7. Saw shaft adopts air cooling structure, which can cool the saw blade and cool it effectively. It can effectively improve the life of saw blade life, good quality of processing board.
