JWK3604B and JWK3604BS draw texturing machines are the modified type based on the model JWFK6-12, which are suitable for the draw texturing process of medium and fine denier of POY polyamide fiaments. With data input by touch panel and system control by inverters and PLC, the machine can adjust all parameters, such as the rollers'speed , D/Y ratio, heaters'temperature and winding parameter so as to spin the different DTY yarn with the spinning process for the different denier. The main characteristic of the machine: each side driven and controlled individually by computer; RPR winding package system; string-up with simple structure; three-layer oiling system; spindle with ceramic 045mm; forced-air cooling device
