This mixing machine is widely used in pharmacautical, chemical, food, dye, feed, chemical fertilizer and pesticide industries and especially suitable for mixing various solid materials with large volume.
Principle
Composition structure:rotating drum+ swing frame+ base frame.
1) The material cylinder is mounted on the swing frame, supported by four rollers and axially positioned by two retaining wheels.
2) Among the four supporting rollers, two of the transmission wheels are driven by the rotating power system to rotate the drum;
3) The swing frame is driven by a set of crank swing mechanisms, which are mounted on thebase frame, and the swing frame is supported by the bearing assembly on the rack.
Features
1. The drum plays two movements at the same time, one is the axial rotation of the drum, and the other is the swing of the drum with the shaker.
2. While the material to be mixed rotates, flips, and mixes with the drum in the drum, it also undergoes mixing movement back and forth with the swing of the drum.
3. Under the combined action of these two movements, the material is fully mixed in a short time.
