Substrates : 1K coating

Characteristic: high hardness , high cost performance .

Mixing ratio: <15℃:

           Light cleaning: fast dry hardener :WL1000=1:0.5:0.2-0.3

           15℃-25℃ :

           Light cleaning: standard hardener:WL1001=1:0.5:0.2-0.3

>25℃:

Light cleaning :slow hardener:WL1002=1:0.5:0.2-0.3

Pot-life : 4 hours,25℃.

Intervals : 25℃, 5-10 minutes between coats.

Spraying layers: thickness: 2-3layers totally 40-60um

Spraying tools and air pressure: Gravity gun(G)  1.2-1.5mm  3-5kg/cm²

                          Suction gun(S)  1.4-1.7mm  3-5kg/cm²

Drying time:  Tempreture    Dust free   Tack free    Dry to handle    Dry to polish

                             25℃          30 mins        2~3 hours            8 hours         15hours

                             60℃          5 mins          15 mins               50 mins         60 mins

Sand and polish : Use P1500,P2000 sandpaper if need to sand.

Shelf life: 2 years in original sealed can in cool and dry place at 20℃.

Code: WL2500 , WL2501 , WL2502

Chemical name: hardener

Characteristic: mid density , used together with WL6000 clear coat or 2K colors 

Mixing ratio:

<15℃: WL6000/WL6500/2K colors :WL2500:WL1000=1:0.5:0.2-0.3

15℃-25℃ : WL6000/WL6500/2K colors :WL2501:WL1001=1:0.5:0.2-0.3

>25℃: WL6000/WL6500/2K colors :WL2502:WL1002=1:0.5:0.2-0.3

Remark : Do not use with other paint and close the cap after used

Shelf life: 1 year in original sealed can in cool and dry place at 20℃.

Packaging: 1L, 2L, 2.5L
