A2. 3-5 days for samples, 1-2 weeks for batch order. We normally have inventory for some of the models.

A3. Yes, we accept. Now 60% of our business is OEM, and 10% is ODM.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and what’s shipping time?
A4. We can ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airplane and sea shipping are also available.

A5. Yes. Please inform us in advance when place the order.

A6. Yes, we offer 2-5 years warranty to all our products.
Q7. How to deal with the products fail in period of guarantee?
A7. For parts fail in guarantee, we will send free replacements with new order for small quantity. For fail batch products, we will repair and resend them without our own shipping account or we negotiate the best solution together.
Q8. What type test report can you offer?
A8. We can offer IES report, Photometric report, LM80 reports.
Q9. Will you cooperate Inspection of goods prior shipment ?
A9. yes, so far, more than half of our shipment are inspected by third party which normiated by the customers
