Stationary type carbon steel resistance ac spot welding machine utilizes the general mains supply to lower the voltage and increase the electric current. Such kind of low voltage but large current will be transmitted from the electrode to the linked point of two work pieces. On the linkage, due to the resistance of work piece, high temperature will occur so the metal will therefore generates high heat to make the work pieces in molten condition. Thus, the purpose of welding the two work pieces is achieved.

Special design integration of pressurized cylinder which can ensure stability and mobility of pressurized and welding speed.
1. Multiple same ways forced water cooling system to ensure stability and reliability of long-term operation.
2. Pressurized electrode speed can be adjusted, slow down the impact to welding work piece when pressuring, also reduces the noise when welding.
3. Upper and lower electrode adopts supplementary stroke pressurized mode which can improve the operation of welding process.
WD-KD5 Controller:
Intelligent microcomputer control, multiple-section of discharging. It can be used to preheat, to weld, to reform to temper for special materials. Solve the problems of cold joint or loose welding due to current shunt during the process of multiple projection welding. Especially suitable for welding high-carbon steel or special inter layer of metal plate. Be able to memorize 15 types of welding model. When the voltage of power supply is fluctuated, it can automatically compensate the current to weld.
