Features
Environment-friendly emulsified product, poisonless, pollution-free, safe construction and easy operation.
No flowing at high temperature, no cracking at low temperature, excellent temperature adaptability.

Application Range
Waterproofing of roofing project, washroom and kitchen of industrial and civil buildings;
Seepage-resistance and moisture-resistance at basement, pool, refrigerator and ground floor;
Can be directly coated onto various pipes and concrete surface to achieve acid and alkali resistant and antisepsis effect.
Construction Process
Basement should be smooth, firm, solid, clean, dry, without dust, granular, oil stain or roughness. Internal and external angles are made into circular arch shape.
Details treatment: sealing treatment at pipe root; additional waterproof layer should be coated onto details such as internal and external angles and pipe root.
Construction of the waterproof layer: according to requirements of the waterproof project, waterproof lay of 1 fiberglass 4 coatings or 2 fiberglass 6 coatings can be made. The construction process is as follows:
(1) 1 fiberglass 4 coating process: after first coating, lay out fiberglass grid fabrics after tack free time (about 4h), followed by second coating; after full time (about 24h), do third coating, and do fourth coating after touch dry. The thickness of each coating shall be between 0.3mm~0.5mm.
(2) 2 fiberglass 6 coatings process: after first coating, lay out fiberglass grid fabrics after tack free time (about 4h), followed by second coating; after full time (about 24h), do third coating, and do fourth coating after touch dry, do fifth coating after touch dry, and do the sixth coating after touch dry. The thickness of each coating shall be between 0.3mm~0.5mm.
Construction of protective layer: perform protective layer or finishing layer construction 1n 48 hours after waterproof construction is completed.
Referenced Usage
Per mm-thick coating membrane, total paint usage is about 3.3kg/m2.
Attention for Construction
The minimum environment temperature of waterproof coating construction should not be lower than 5℃, and construction is not appropriate before initial-stage solidification if rain or snow is expected.
In big-area coating, coating glue should not be too thick, and no places should be omitted in brushing; the brush should be repeatedly daubed so that the surface is homogeneous, no flowing or sticking.
Fiberglass fabrics lap is 6~10cm, 1/3 width should be for dislocation between the upper and lower layers, lap should follow direction of water.(from lower to upper)When roof slope is lower than 15%, coating can be done in parallel to roof ridge; when it is bigger than 15%, coating can be done perpendicular to roof ridge.
Package& Storage & Transport
Product is packaged in a clean, dry and closed tin barrel with lining of plastic bags, cubage is respectively 14kg/barrel, 36 barrel/pallet,20 pallet/20'FCL.
This product is non-inflammable or explosive material and can be transported as general goods. The product should not be exposed to rain or hot sun in transport. Extrusion and impact should be avoided to protect intactness of package.
Products should be stored in well-ventilated and dry places and keep away from direct sunshine. Appropriate storage temperature should be over 5 0℃ and not lower than 0℃. Storage period is 1 year.
