Our mushroom stem cutting machine is mainly used to cut and remove the stipe or stem of mushroom shii-take. It is mainly used for fresh mushrooms with straight legs. the curved type and connected type can't be cutted by this machine, they should be picked out in advance manually.

The mushroom stem cutting machine can be made of full stainless steel material or carbon steel. The main spare parts are screen, knives and brushes.

It is suitable for different size of mushrooms. There are two kinds of screens inside the machine, one is for big size mushroom processing. The other is for the small size mushroom stem cutting.
