The spray drying machine is the ideal equipement to extract essence powder from liquid solution, such as fruit, vegetablet plant, milk, blood, chemical solutions, etc.

Working Principle: 

The air would be filtered, purified and heated, then enter into upper air-deployer in the upper of drying tower, and then come in drying tank at hot spiral form. At the same time, the solution material would be atomized by the atomizer from upper inside and become the super fine mist, the surface of which would contact the hot air fully and moisture would dried out instantly, then the dry powder would be achieved in short time and collected at the bottom of tower and be discharged from cyclone separator, the gas would be exhausted outside.

• Mechanical atomizer is adopted, and driven by gear, speed is stable, which make sure the fogdrop is uniform.

 Some Operation Issues: 

1. Atomizating: Atomizing system must insure uniform spraying fogdrops.
2. Hot airflow and fogdrops contacting: While the hot air come into drying tower, user have to consider the air flowing way and angle. No matter co-current flow, adverse current or mixed flow, user must insure the sufficient heat exchange, which is the key way to make sure the dry efficiency.
3. The angle design of pipelines and cone: It is pretty important to choose the suitable angle, please contact us for more working experience.
