A: 1)Once your order is complete, we’ll contact you for artwork and general design input.
2)We’ll get your approval for the overall design.
3) Upon approval of design, we’ll print a proof copy and send it to you for your approval.
4)Once you confirmed the proof sample, your order will be manufactured and shipped to you.
The entire process takes about 3-4 weeks from time of order.But if your order is very urgent,we can fasten the processes.
Q. Who does the design work?
A: We have professional design team can provide help.You just need send us your logo files and detailed explanations of the design which you want.

Q. Can I put any video on it?And how could i make it?
A: Yes, you can put any custom video you like on it,and you just need connect the device with PC through USB cables.

A: Screen size: 1.5''/1.8''/2.4''/2.8''/5”/7”/10” TFT screen.
Card size:12.7x17.5cm, 14.5x21cm, 19x24cm, 21X24cm, 24cmx19cm, and customized size

Q: Are different sizes and printing options available?
A: Yes, please request a custom quotation for any specialized printing, embossing, cuts or size.

Q: What kind of switch we can do:
A: Magnet switch on-off, light sensor on-off, press button on-off, pin switch on-off, push button on-off ,motion sensor

Q: How many buttons do you want put on the touch screen video brochure?
A: Up to 10 buttons, depends on the screen size and card size you like. Buttons functions: video control(regarding your videos); volume+/-; mute; previous or next; play/pause;

A: Samples with current printing:  2days
Samples with customized printing: 3 or 4days
Production for mass: 5-10days for less 10kpcs order; 8-15days for 10kpcs up
Shipping: 3~5 days by DHL; shipping by sea—to be advised after getting destination details

Q: Can the end customer change video by themselves?
A: The end customer can change video by USB cable through PC.

Q: Is there a warranty on Video Brochures?
A: Yes, all items are warranted by the manufacturer for 1 year from the date of purchase. All items are vigorously tested before shipment, but should your device malfunction, the manufacturer keeps over-run of the printed shell in case any have to be replaced. Simply let us know of any malfunctioning units and we’ll arrange for return/replacement for you.
