Grinding Wheel Choose

 

Warm Tips:

 For factories and long-time users, we suggest you choose:

 8inch (200mm)  500W  heavy-duty bench grinder

 For home use, you may choose:

 5 inch (125mm) 200W light bench grinder

 6 inch (150mm) 200W light bench grinder

 

Attentions:

1)  Choose proper grinding wheel depending on part material and the requirements of production schedule. For softer metal materials like cooper and aluminum, you should use rougher grinding wheel while higher precision required components, choose finer grinder wheel.   

2)  Choose proper grinding wheel surface according to processed shape.

3)  No defects like crack or damages allowed on the wheel to be used. Installation must be solid. Immediately stop using and replace new one once the grinding wheel is found with defects like cracks damage; shut off the machine and tighten when it is loosen.

4)  Bench grinder is classed as S2 work system, that is, shut down machine and lower to the normal temperature after it works for 30minutes at rated load, then work again.

Motor work system is divided into eight types in three classes: continuous (S1), Short time (S2) and cyclic work system(S3 ——S8)

 A1: Yes, free sample is possible, but we shall charge sample fee and will return after order confirmed, the freight will be on customer’s side.

Q4:What is your payment term
A3:  Payment<=1000USD, 100% T/T in advance.
