1.Material.
Polyurethane Foam Sandwich Panels,the external and inner panels cover is of zinc-coated steel sheet with a plastic finish. the heat insulation is of rigid foam polyurethane.
2.Specifications.
Standard Cold storage room hinges door hole dimenions:800x1800mm and 100mm thickness, hinges door plate dimensions: 870mmx1870mm and 100mm thickness with seal strip. also we call it semi buried door.
One standard hinges door will assemble 3 zinc alloy hinges and one zinc alloy lock or big korea big rubber lock.
The standard hinged door will be assembled on a door frame with 100mm.
The hinges door heater with 220V or 36V for defrost for cold room freezer under -18C.
Package for hinges door is Carton Box.
Other size for hinges door are available: 750x1700mm and 800x1800mm and 900x1800mm and 1000x2000mm and 1200x2000mm etc.
3.Installations.
Panels Connect Method:Dry-Joint System with Cam Lock.between two planels are male and female.the floor panels are reinforced and they withstand distributed load up to 2000Kg/SQ meters.also the cold room should be installed in a sheltered place away from direct sunshine.dust and rain.
