Single drum wire drawing machine with factory price

The wire drawing machine is also called the wire drawing bench. it is used to drawing needed wire in detailed diameter wire according to the customer's requirements. The Q195/SAE 1008 abroad low carbon iron wire is widely used. usually the wire will be drawn from 6.5mm or 5.5mm to 5.0mm, 4.5mm, 4.0mm, 3.5mm, 3.0mm, 2.5mm, 2.2mm, 2.0mm and 1.8mm. if you have a large production on nails, it is more economical method to add the wire drawing machine instead of the drawn wire.

The wire drawing machine can be divided into 8 parts as following:

1,) The wheel is like a bridge to help the drawn wire move toward another drum in certain angle. The wheel is round and the middle of wheel is groove, the groove is more useful the wire to go through to arrive the another drum.

2,) The box is to load drawing powder, when the wire fed into the machine box, the drawing powder will place a lubricant effect.

3,) The tungsten carbide on the drum, it is a protection for the drum in the process of drawing wire. The drum lifetime with tungsten carbide is 4-6 years. if not, the drum has only 1year lifetime.

4,) The reducer is to slow the machine speed when turn on or turn off, to protect the machines' lifetime and play a buffering effect.

5,) The motor is behind the reducer, and each motor power is different. But the first motor for the first drum, it is always 15 KW.

6,) The control cabinet is to manage the machine operation. there are many buttons on the control panel.The control cabinets are equipped with convertor,which can make the motor soft start .

7,) We use auto dischargingby using a motor instead of the manual discharging ,which greatly increases the drawing efficiency and labor saving. The wire reel is to put the drawn wire, and when the wire reel is ok to discharge the drawn wire, people will operate the machine to put down the wire to another set wire reel.

8,) The drum is be rotated to get the wire and make the wire not in a mess. And more than one drum can reach a higher efficiency to finish the work in a short time. The wire drawing machine can equip different quantity drums, such as one drum, two drums, three drums, etc.

<*1*> Q: The wires are easy to break while drawing them.

      A: If the wire diameter is reduced too much in one time, the wire will be easy to break. For example ,the wire should be drawn like this: from 6.5mm -5.8mm - 5.0mm-4.5mm-4.0mm -3.5mm-3.2mm , if you draw from 6.5mm -5.5mm or smaller diameter, then the wire will break easily.

<*2*> Q: The drawing dies is easy to expand and draws only 1-2 tons.

      A: Check the feeding direction is right or not. It is a must to feed the wire through the smooth large hole, not the crude small hole.

<*3*> Q: The drawn wire is white, not black and shiny.

      A: This is because wire drawing powder not well coated on wire surface.

      1, Check if there is enough wire drawing powder in the die box.

      2, Check if the oxide skin remove device is working properly or not, you can weld some points in the rollers to make the oxide skin better removed.

      3, Check the wire drawing powder quality or the wire quality.

Customers can also mix the old drawing powder into new one, this way it will have better  drawing result.
