The crystallization takes place in the Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger (SSHE) which is the heart of the crystallization line. Our chilling unit (A unit) is modeled after the Votator type of heat exchanger combined with the European modifications to enhance the overall performance. The efficiency is 3 to 5 times higher than other similar products. The basic design consists of a pipe-in-pipe cylinder with inner pipe for product and outer pipe for cooling refrigerant. A rotating shaft is concentrically mounted within the cylinder and has 4 rows of floating type scraper blades (PEEK / POM ) in an optimum configuration.

               

 

The kneading machine (C unit) consists of hot water jacketed cylinder with a row of fixed static pins (optional 3 rows) and a concentric shaft carrying pins in a helical or straight pattern. By kneading and working the product, the pin worker is able to optimize the product texture for ideal results.

 

 

 

 The resting tube unit (B unit) consists of multi-sections of jacketed cylinders to provide the desired retention time for proper crystal growth. Internal orifice plates are provided to extrude and worked the product to modify the crystal structure with desired physical properties. The custom extruder is required to produce sheet puff pastry or block margarine and is adjustable for thickness. 

 

Puff Pastry Automatic Packaging Line is perfect for 1-2kg sheet puff pastry margarine. The packaging line consists of automatic hot wire cutting, film covering and folding, film transportation and automatic stacking. There is an optional weigh check system available. The complete line is custom designed, developed and fabricated in house to meet our specific customer need. 

 

 

 

 Filling Station Bulk box/pail filling station with three synchronous filling heads, quick and accurate filling automatically controlled by a PLC computer system. Fill will stop when the target weight is reached automatically.  A touch screen is provided to configure the target fill, gross, tare, and net.

 

All major equipment is manufactured by advanced and dedicated CNC, computer-controlled automatic machinery in our factory.
