2. The mushroom autoclave internal diameter is 1200 mm , Cylinder length is 3600 mm ;Double door openings type (manually opened doors with simple design) ) ;
3. Equipped with 2 set of flanges, 3 sets trolley ,2 sets heads and all the recycle pipes and vlaves .
4. Equipped Included : 2 safety valves , 2 pressure gauges , 1 set level meter , 2 set of silicone sealing ring .
5. Working pressure : 0.35Mpa (50.75PSI ) ,Test pressure : 0.44 Mpa(63.80 PSI ) ,design temperature : 147℃.
6.The double door automatic mushroom autoclave designs with safety interlock alarm device ,have passed the identification by the provincial technical supervision . there is the floor plate or planking with Punching eye at the bottom of the autoclave
7. Siemens PLC computer fully automatic control system : Procedures designed automatic warming up, automatic keep warming, automatic keep pressure, automatic pressure relief, Can modified the sterilization time at random, and the draining, exhausting and how and cold water recycling are all controlled automatically by computer, And equipped with 1set of PLC controller cabinet, Siemens brand , with a big computer printer(can print the the pressure charts and the temperature charts immediately,PLC touching screen, can edit hundreds of sterilizing procedures, and store hundreds of sterilizing data).
